You may even print or download the transactions in CSV (can be opened in Microsoft Excel), PDF (can be opened in Adobe Reader) or QIF (can be imported in the Quicken Personal and Microsoft Money packages) formats
    • Transferring funds from your own current and savings accounts, to your other accounts and to other third-party accounts within Absa (to credit a current or savings account, or loan account only if in arrears) as well as in other local and international banks (to credit any account that the receiving bank permits credit into)

    • Ordering cheque books
    • Ordering drafts in local and foreign currency
    • Setting up SMS alerts on your accounts
    • Setting up recurring transfers (standing orders) from your current or savings accounts to your own or third-party accounts in Absa (to credit a current or savings account only)
  • What we offer

    • Funds transfers - Send a one-off payment to any account in any bank whether local or abroad from your account and receive local and international payments.
    • Standing orders - Set up standing instructions to transfer funds from your account to another account in our bank, in another local bank or even in an international bank. Your transfer can be at any frequency that you require.
    • Automated transfers - Use this service to keep a specified balance in an account by crediting another account with us when the nominated account has a surplus and debiting the same account to credit the nominated account when its balance is below the set limit. For example you may decide to keep SCR5,000 in your current account by crediting your savings account when its balance is greater than this amount and debiting your savings account to credit it when it balance falls below.
    • Fees and charges - We believe in offering you great service at a fair price, and our fees and charges reflect this. Always refer to the published tariff guide, available at all branches, to know what fees and charges are applicable to your account and for the transactions that you plan to do.
    • Feedback - We welcome your ideas and feedback as to how we can continue to improve our personal banking services. Please convey your comments to our Contact Centre agents who are at hand to listen and take note, or use our feedback forms available at all branches to tell us about your experience and suggestions.
