Who is Kantar?

Why is Kantar conducting the survey and not Absa Bank Seychelles?

Absa Bank Seychelles has commissioned an external independent research supplier to conduct the survey interviews to ensure objectivity and independence of the survey results.
Will you share my survey responses with Absa Bank Seychelles?

All feedback remains strictly confidential and individual survey responses are not shared with Absa Bank Seychelles. We will only receive an aggregated report of all responses to the survey and no responses will be linked to any specific customers. Kantar will request your permission to identify you, or share your personal data with us, only should the need arise.

Absa Bank Seychelles has provided your non-confidential customer contact information (name and phone number only) to Kantar for participation in the survey.
